Paul Andreani D.V.M - Practice owner

Dr. Andreani received a bachelors of science with a focus in biology from Rutgers University. Dr. Andreani took his life long love of Italy one step further by attending the University of Bologna, the oldest University in the Western World. Here he received a doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Andreani moved back to New England and started working as a small animal veterinary practitioner over twenty years ago. He purchased the Canton Veterinary Hospital over 15 years ago. He dedicated the practice to his favorite patients, dogs and cats. He is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Veterinary Medical Association. He shares his home with one dog and three cats. He shares his office with three cats.


Kristin Scott D.V.M - Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Scott graduated from Boston University and Bridgewater State University. She received a bachelors of biology and chemistry. At Boston University she received a bachelors in French literature. Dr. Scott received her doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Scott has been in practice for nine years and has spent all nine of those years at Canton Veterinary Hospital. Her favorite patients to see are black labradors and unique cat breeds. Dr. Scott volunteers her time with the Quincy Animal Shelter and is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Scott enjoys spending her free time reading, running, gardening and spending time with the three cats and dog that share her home. 


Courtney Calabria D.V.M - Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Calabria received her bachelors in Biology from Bridgewater State University. She received a masters in biotechnology from the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Calabria received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University. Dr. Calabria graduated in 2010 and has been practicing at Canton Veterinary Hospital since her graduation. Which is fitting because Dr. Calabria worked as a technician before attending vet school. Her favorite patient to see is Chihuahuas. She is a member in good standing of the American Veterinary Medical Association. She shares her home with one cat and one dog.


Katherine Makowski D.V.M - Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Makowski received her bachelors in Pre-Medical Sciences and English Literature from College of the Holy Cross. Dr Makowski moved to Ireland and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University College Dublin School of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated in 2012. She has worked at Canton since 2015 and previously had worked at an all cat hospital. Its no surprise to learn that Dr. Makowski's favorite patients are felines and rabbits. She is a member in good standing of American Veterinary Medical Association and the Royal Society of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Makowski shares her home with her two charming cats Tripp and Tux.


Sara Joseph D.V.M - Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Joseph graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University in 1989. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University in 1993. Dr. Joseph has been in practice for over twenty years and has been with Canton Veterinary Hospital for 18 years. Her favorite patients to see are dogs and cats. Dr. Joseph is a member in good standing of the American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Joseph shares her home with Maddie a Coton de Tulear.
